Acknowledgement to Country

I acknowledge the Traditional Owners and true custodians of the land on which I work, the Yugambeh people of the Bundjalung nation in and around Mudgeeraba on the Gold Coast, whose cultures and customs have nurtured and continue to nurture this land.

I pay my respect to Elders past and present, and further acknowledge the living culture and unique role that Indigenous Australians contribute to this region.

First Nations People are this land’s first traditional healers and for that I give deep thanks.

Always was, always will be. Aboriginal land.

I would also like to express my deepest gratitude and honour the sacredness and integrity of traditional Chinese medicine and the other diverse, cultural and traditional healing lineages and teachings from which my work is inspired. The richness of these traditions and practices is truly transformational and I feel honoured to share this knowledge with my community.
