'Shonishin' is a Japanese technique which roughly translates to 'children's needle'. It is a gentle acupuncture technique that does not penetrate the skin but stimulates certain acupuncture points and meridians on the body by using small tools to apply acupressure or massage. Babies and small children LOVE shonishin! It may benefit a range of symptoms in children including but not limited to, digestive upset, unsettled sleep and emotional unrest.
